To enhance learners’ basic skills in the use of common desktop applications to create, access, integrate and present information in a professional and aesthetic manner. Students learn how to create and use templates to assist in standardising the look and feel of documents produced by an organisation.

Solution Design and Implementation

Students will learn to plan and create programs. They will also learn how to resolve common user problems in stand-alone and networked environments and to analyse and recommend solutions to problems.

Students will learn how to optimise the use of technology in research and presenting information. They will learn how to use a variety of on-line collaboration tools and digital devices to transfer data and interact in a virtual team environment.
